For daily usage in Singapore, we recommend servicing your units every 3 to 4 months. If you only use the aircon at night, every 6 months is usually sufficient. Regular maintenance prevents heavy dust buildup and stops minor drainage blockages from turning into major leaks.
Basic servicing includes cleaning the outer panels, washing the air filters, clearing the drainage pan, and vacuuming the drainage pipe to prevent leaks. We also check your system’s overall operating pressure and temperature. This keeps your unit running efficiently and cleanly.
Normal servicing is for routine upkeep, while a chemical wash is needed when the internal coils are heavily choked with grime.
